'Samudra Manthan' Dhoop Dhani Gift Box | Brass Naquashi

Our Brass Nakshi Dhoop Dhani is a tribute to the lesser heard Indian fable of ‘Samudra Manthan’. The India Craft Project (TICP) works with artisans all over India to co-create products and stories that put our craft heritage at the centre stage. The Gift box represents an illustration is an ode to the artisan at work, on a green octagonal green buckram box, with some dhoop - Makes for a perfect house warming and 'Good Vibes' gift.

India is known for its unification of spiritualism with modernity. An essential component of spirituality is the ‘Dhoop-Dhani’. It emanates the beautiful smell of incense which connects the body with its inner self. The peacock on top can be screwed on and off when needed for brass or cleaning.
