Designed by The India Craft Project in collaboration with artists Chandan Chitrakar and Sameer Chitrakar, this collectible deck reimagines the King, Queen, Jack and other familiar characters through the distinctive visual language of Kalighat art.

Originating in 19th-century Bengal, Kalighat painting became known for its fluid lines, bold figures and wonderfully observant depictions of people, society and everyday life. Our deck brings that wit and character into a contemporary object made to be played with, displayed and collected.

Printed on premium-quality paper and finished with matte lamination, the cards have a smooth, refined hand-feel suited to everything from poker and rummy to festive card parties. Presented in an illustrated magnetic box, the deck also makes a distinctive Indian art collectible and gift.
